Unlike large corporations, we aim to keep things straightforward, honest, and respectful. There are no hidden clauses or legal traps. Still, we take your orders, privacy, and our service responsibilities seriously — and these terms help protect both sides.
SECTION A – TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ORDERING PRINTING
NEBCAL Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with your order, contact us at 858-558-0100 within 30 days of receiving your job. Depending on the issue, we may choose to reprint the job or refund part or all of your order (excluding postage, freight, or third-party costs).
We aim for top-tier quality: accurate color, clean cutting, careful packaging, and on-time delivery. However, the following are outside our control and not covered under our guarantee:
Customer-submitted artwork errors (spelling, grammar, resolution, layout issues)
Incorrect quantities, product types, or specifications selected during ordering
Color shifts due to uncalibrated or low-quality customer files
Errors in folding, scoring, or drilling due to improper layout info in supplied files
Damages that occur after delivery
Shipping errors or delays caused by incorrect customer-provided addresses
Important: Carefully review your files and order details before submission. Fixing a file before print is always less expensive than after.
Limitations:
Refunds are capped at $1,000 per job. For orders above that, reprint is the only remedy.
Shipping issues must be resolved directly with the carrier unless covered under their claims process.
We may request that original materials be returned at our cost before processing a reprint or refund.
We are not liable for delays or losses that cause indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
PAYMENT TERMS
All orders must be prepaid using an approved method. By placing an order, you authorize NEBCAL Printing to charge your card or account for all costs including product, tax, shipping, and applicable fees.
Once a job is submitted and approved, it is considered final. Cancellations are only possible if no production has started, and must be requested by phone during business hours.
PAYMENT METHODS
Accepted payment options:
Credit or Debit Card – Secure encrypted processing
Check – Production begins after check clears unless otherwise agreed
Open Account – Available only to pre-approved government, nonprofit, or local organizations
SALES TAX
We are required to collect sales tax on orders shipped to states where we have a tax obligation. If you are tax-exempt, you must submit valid exemption documentation before your order ships.
ARTWORK FILES
All files submitted must be press-ready. While our team reviews many files, ultimate responsibility for accuracy lies with the customer. We strongly recommend that you carefully proof, spellcheck, and review layouts before uploading.
SHIPPING
Local pickup is available by appointment. We also offer:
Local delivery in San Diego County
UPS, FedEx, USPS, Freight shipping with multiple service levels (ground, 3-day, next-day, etc.)
Shipping timelines are estimates. We are not responsible for carrier delays once a package leaves our facility. Always allow extra time for critical deadlines.

COPYRIGHT AND CONTENT
All website content, including text, graphics, images, and articles, is the intellectual property of NEBCAL Printing (Kodesh Ventures LLC). Reproduction, reuse, or redistribution is not allowed without prior written consent.
THIRD-PARTY ORDERS
If you submit an order on behalf of someone else or another organization, you assume full responsibility for accuracy, payment, and communication. You agree to indemnify NEBCAL Printing for any claims arising from third-party submissions.
TERMINATION
We may suspend or revoke your access to this site at any time, for any reason, without notice.
EMAIL COMMUNICATION
We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect or inactive email addresses submitted with your order.
WEBSITE MODIFICATION
NEBCAL Printing reserves the right to modify, suspend, or remove content, offers, or functionality from this website at any time without notice.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These terms supersede any prior agreements or understandings related to the use of this website or the services provided. If any provision is found to be invalid, the remaining terms remain fully enforceable.
